CULTURAL IMMERSION INITIATIVE

We want to make our partnerships a two-way street. Taking employees from the companies that partner with us out to rural and remote communities, allowing them to connect to the community and exchange a connection. Participating in this program will give a better understanding, being aware of cultural sensitivity, learn about language, culture, and the people from the community. Through this incentive we will help break down barriers in the corporate world of Australia, allowing more Indigenous youth to walk through the different worlds on the way to achieving their dreams. Whilst ensuring that the companies we have partnered with have a positive impact within the Indigenous communities.
